Light Requirements

The Oxycardium Green is highly adaptable to various lighting conditions.

• Ideal: Bright, indirect sunlight will produce the largest leaves and fastest growth.
• Low Light: It is famously tolerant of shade, making it perfect for darker corners of your home.
• Avoid: Harsh, direct midday sun, which can scorch the waxy leaves.

Watering Guide

• The "Wait and See" Method: Water only when the top 50-75% of the soil is dry. In a hanging pot, moisture evaporates a bit faster, so check every 4-5 days.
• Drainage: Our hanging pots are designed with drainage to ensure the roots never sit in stagnant water, preventing root rot.

Soil & Fertilizer

Thrives in a light, well-draining potting mix (coco-peat and perlite). Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month during Spring and Summer to encourage long, healthy vines.

Best Season for Planting

While it grows year-round indoors, Spring (February to April) and the Monsoon season are the best times for planting or repotting, as the humidity encourages rapid stem elongation.
