Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the delicate lace-like leaves. A north or east-facing window is ideal.
Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Pro Tip: Lightly mist the "fuzzy feet" (rhizomes) as they absorb moisture from the air!
Humidity: Like most ferns, it loves humidity. Place it in a bathroom, kitchen, or use a pebble tray to keep the air moist.
Temperature: Thrives in standard indoor temperatures ($15°C$ to $24°C$). Keep away from cold drafts or heater vents.
Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer at half-strength once a month during the spring and summer.

While the spines on the Ladyfinger variety are softer than most, they can still cause mild irritation. It is best kept out of reach of curious little hands and pets.
